Credits are your flexible currency within LensLab. You use them to create, edit, and manage visual content, from AI-generated images to full creator-led shoots. Each service has a transparent credit cost, so you always know what you're spending. This allows you to scale your content production up or down, without fixed production costs.
What can I use credits for?+
Credits can be used across the entire LensLab ecosystem, including: AI image generation and editing, booking photographers and videographers, post-production and content optimization, and visual asset management and updates. This gives you one unified system for all your visual needs.
Can I combine AI and creators?+
Yes, this is where LensLab truly stands out. You can seamlessly combine AI-generated visuals with creator-led content. For example, start with a real shoot and scale variations using AI, or enhance AI visuals with human input. This hybrid approach ensures both quality and scalability.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Once your credits are used, you can easily top up with additional credits or upgrade your plan. We'll always notify you before you run out, so your content production never gets interrupted.
How do top-up credits work?+
You can buy extra credits anytime as a one-time purchase, on top of your monthly plan. The 25-credit pack is available to everyone. LensLab Studio members unlock larger packs (50, 200, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 credits) at discounted rates — saving up to 26% per credit.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Yes, unused credits roll over to the next billing period (within your plan limits). This ensures you don't lose value and can plan your content production more flexibly.
Can I track my credit usage?+
Absolutely. Your dashboard gives you a clear overview of: remaining credits, credit usage per project or asset, and historical usage and trends. This helps you stay in control and optimize your visual strategy over time.
Are credits the same for AI and creator services?+
Yes, credits are unified across all services. This means you don't have to think in separate budgets for AI or creators. You simply allocate credits based on what delivers the most value for your business.
Do credits expire?+
Credits remain valid as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your plan, any remaining credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to LensLab Studio at any time to unlock more credits and features, and you can cancel your Studio membership whenever you like — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
